Get a taste of Hawaii in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Courtney. You'll learn how to make a multi-course meal filled with tropical flavors. First, make pork skewers with a sweet and spicy glaze with pineapple and jalapeños. Then, make baked sweet potatoes stuffed with pineapple, bacon and cheese. On the side, enjoy island baked beans with a Hawaiian glaze. To finish the meal, enjoy a mochi butter cake made with creamy coconut milk and topped with toasted coconut flakes for dessert.
