Cooking Class: Red Snapper Feast

To begin the class, toss a mixed green and arugula salad topped with a fig vinaigrette, roasted squash and goat cheese. Then, learn how to make juicy red snapper paired with a peach-ginger beurré monté. Make fluffy jasmine rice flavored with garlic and herbs as the side. Finish the feast with a decadent lemon white cake.
