Craft a flavorful feast with red snapper as the feature in this immersive cooking class. Chef James will teach you the techniques and recipes to make a four-course meal. To begin the class, toss a mixed green and arugula salad topped with a fig vinaigrette, roasted squash and goat cheese. Then, learn how to make juicy red snapper paired with a peach-ginger beurré monté. Make fluffy jasmine rice flavored with garlic and herbs as the side. Finish the feast with a decadent lemon white cake.
