Cooking Class: Traditional Poke Bowls
Take your tastebuds to a tropical paradise in this immersive cooking class! Led by Chef John, learn the recipes and techniques to craft a modern Hawaiian dish with authentic flavors. You'll learn how to properly handle and prepare tuna poke, or raw fish, for a poke bowl. Then, fill the poke bowl with sweet mangos, crispy shallots, and fresh vegetables along with the fish. Plus, top the bowl with a spicy mayo for a little more flavor.
