Fun class and made some yummy pasta. At times it was a bit chaotic, probably too many people in the class. Chef had it all well laid out and explained all the steps.

Class was great, but there were so many people that there was a long wait at stations, and it felt like the chef was trying to be in too many places at once. Also, maybe another location would be more accommodating since the breakers kept tripping.
