Take your pasta night to the level in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Deanna will guide you through the recipe for this engaging meal. First, learn the technique for creating fresh pasta with flour and eggs with the secret ingredient: Cabernet. Knead the pasta dough and cut out your noodle shapes before cooking them al dente. Next, top your pasta with parmesan and pancetta and add a drizzle of olive oil. Mix in garlic and basil for even more flavor and enjoy this unique pasta dish from scratch.

Class was great, but there were so many people that there was a long wait at stations, and it felt like the chef was trying to be in too many places at once. Also, maybe another location would be more accommodating since the breakers kept tripping.

Not worth the price. No protein or sauce involved. No seating area to eat. Breakers kept going out due to all the electric heating plates being plugged into one outlet... Host was not a good vibe and did not explain gracefully the process. Not enough tools for everyone at once. Long waiting times for some. Eating on plastic and styrofoam at the end... not good. Not quality.
