With fire-roasted corn, Roma tomatoes, black beans, lime, salt, pepper, jalapeños, fresh cilantro and pepitas


Loaded Navajo Tacos and Wild Rice Pilaf

With homemade Navajo fried bread, beef, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, pinto beans, black beans, red beans, ancho chiles, dark beer, onions, garlic, pork bacon, red bell peppers and red onions


Mocha Custard and Fresh Raspberries

With heavy cream, egg yolks, sugar, coffee and chocolate
