You'll start by learning to wrap and roll sushi by hand in an expert fashion using rice, seaweed sheets and a variety of fresh ingredients such as crab, tuna and salmon. Conclude your meal with a sweet pancake flour and red bean paste dorayaki with chocolate syrup.
