Cooking Class: Essential Japanese Dishes

The singular flavors of Japanese cuisine are on the table in this exciting interactive cooking class from Chef Kenneth. He'll demonstrate the process for preparing a four-course meal in which every dish is a celebration of regional culinary creativity. You'll combine shiitake mushrooms and tofu for a miso soup that rivals restaurant quality before tackling maki rolls featuring spicy tuna with a sweet salmon topper. Then, prepare lightly-fried shrimp and vegetable tempura with a classic dipping sauce and learn how to transform matcha, tofu and sweet red beans into a tempting dessert.
