Let Chef Peter guide you through a lesson in the authentic dishes from a culinary culture brimming with fabulous flavor. You'll prepare a hearty egg dish peppered with potatoes and herbs, served with salsa verde and fresh baguette grilled to perfection. Then, create a classic paella featuring a flavorful trio of chorizo, seafood and chicken, with a grilled romaine and radicchio salad on the side. For dessert, learn the secrets of crafting silky flan with an espresso kick.
