You'll prepare a hearty egg dish peppered with potatoes and herbs, served with salsa verde and fresh baguette grilled to perfection. Then, create a classic paella featuring a flavorful trio of chorizo, seafood and chicken, with a grilled romaine and radicchio salad on the side. For dessert, learn the secrets of crafting silky flan with an espresso kick.

Tortilla Española and Salsa Verde

With eggs, potatoes, onions, Manchego cheese, white anchovies, parsley, 

chives, basil, tarragon, garlic, olive oil and grilled baguette


Seafood, Chicken and Chorizo Paella

With shrimp, mussels, saffron, bomba rice, peppers, onions, tomatoes and garlic


Spanish Salad

With grilled romaine and radicchio, cucumbers, tomatoes,
