He will teach you how to make hand-rolled fettuccine which you will top with a creamy mushroom marsala sauce. Your class will also include an introduction to soubise, a caramelized onion sauce which you will enjoy with homemade crostini.

I dislike the fact that Golden Apron doesn't remind it's users of their appointments until after the cancellation window has expired... BUT... Chef Robert and Miss Chef easily made up for my disappointment with Golden Apron. They are fun & spectacular -- friendly, outgoing, and funny! They set up the class so that we were constantly and seamlessly cooking and eating. We had low expectations given the Golden Apron snafu, but we were super impressed by the class. Absolutely delicious, and we learned a little, too!

I wanted to make the pasta from the very first steps, mixing flour etc. This class started with the middle steps.
