Chef Stephanie has a crop of creative recipes perfect for presenting comfort food favorites it their purest forms. You'll prepare a sumptuous spread that includes creative bruschetta featuring roasted squash and sweet apples before making your own homemade gnocchi using tender pumpkin-based dough. You'll also create a soothing soup featuring hearty root vegetables and master the art of the traditional apple crisp for dessert.
