Explore the flavors of Spain in this immersive cooking class. Chef Stephanie will guide you through a menu that showcases signature Spanish dishes. Begin by creating a beef flavored with paprika and a red pepper sauce to stuff a flaky, golden empanada. Then, prepare paella made with shrimp, mussels, chorizo and chicken with aromatic saffron mixed with fluffy rice. On the side, roasted beets and creamy goat cheese with a drizzle of zesty citrus and a sprinkle of pistachios. For dessert, make churros and a chocolate dipping sauce from scratch.
