Cooking Class: Handmade Rainbow Pasta

Make fresh pasta from scratch with a colorful twist in this engaging cooking class. Chef Stephanie will teach you the recipe and technique for making pasta dough, fillings and sauces. To start, enjoy an antipasti with cheese and charcuterie. Then, make handmade pasta dough with flour, eggs and water. Learn how to color and knead the dough, then shape it into noodles. Make either a tomato, alfredo or pesto sauce using fresh ingredients to pair with your pasta. Finish the meal with a decadent lemon olive oil cake for dessert.
