It was ok didn’t wow me. I wanted more hands on & felt as if they rushed us to leave before the class time ended.

Chef wasn't prepared and didn't have anything planned for the group to prepare even though I spoke with her before hand to have guacamole ingredients. She couldn't manage the room.
