Fondue is a comforting, classic dish that's sure to impress anyone. Learn how to make two types of Scandinavian-style fondue from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Inga.
Start with a spicy pepper Jack cheese and white wine fondue served with French bread. Then, you will make a decadent peanut butter and chocolate fondue served with fresh strawberries and bananas.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

With dark chocolate, milk, bananas and strawberries

This class was very exciting. We learned about food composition. Color, texture, flavor, spice, sweet, savory and so much more. She gave us an insight into Thai food and we had a great time!
Chef Inga is a talented chef and a native of Ukraine with a resume boasting many notable culinary achievements. She has been operating a family-owned Russian restaurant for almost a decade, and still excels when it comes to keeping the menu fresh and exciting.
