Chef Caroline makes cooking class so much fun and leaves you with practical skills that instantly up your culinary game. Fantastic at gauging your skill level and going from there. Her energy and experience gets you excited to get in your kitchen and have fun creating too. And she introduced me to sunchokes! Five stars!

Cooking with Caroline is always a lot of fun and educational. She has introduced me to new dishes and, especially with Vietnamese food, shows me there is always more to learn.
Chef Caroline finds true joy in lighting up a table with luminous culinary creations. She trained at the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and Le Cordon Bleu before settling in the Bay Area to cater events and teach cooking courses. Whether creating her favorite French, American or Asian fusion cuisines with clients or sharing her talents with her students, Chef Caroline adores all aspects of her gourmet life.
