In this cooking class, you will learn how to assemble a classic yet trendy charcuterie board with Chef Birdie. This experience is a wonderful addition to any holiday get-together, girls’ night in or romantic rendezvous. Choose from an assortment of specialty cheeses, cured meats, pickled vegetable and more to create the perfect combination of flavor and flare.

Chef Birdie taught a really fun and informative class. Everyone that attended enjoyed it thoroughly. I would recommend her highly. The salsas we made were delicious and her guacamole was fabulous. She also offered up various tweaks to make things to you/your groups liking as well as actionable knowledge to use at home. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of to go containers to use for leftovers, which she kindly offered at the end of our event.
