Let Chef Jason guide you through the process of combining fresh ingredients with authentic recipes to craft scrumptious dishes from stuffed piquillo peppers to Basque cheesecake. Start with the fantastic peppers, move through a shrimp, heirloom tomato, vidalia and rice paella to craft a side dish of wild mushrooms in egg and seasonings. Finish the repast with a cheesecake tasting of oranges and caramel.

Chef Jason clearly knows his stuff and is no newcomer to teaching people how to cook, that's obvious. He stays true to his Southern roots however don't be fooled, he has a wide variety of cuisines up his sleeves. I highly recommend all of his classes!!
