Cooking Class: Handcrafted Pasta Alfredo
Chef Jasmine has prepared a savory lesson in preparing a timeless Italian classic in this interactive cooking class. Learn to create your own fresh, handmade pasta to use in a dish loved by foodies around the world. You'll work with wholesome ingredients while crafting homemade pasta dough and shape it into charming bowtie shapes called farfalle. Then, combine cream, butter, garlic and parmesan to create a creamy Alfredo sauce to top your noodles with rich flavor.

My husband and I had a blast. Chef Jasmine was super nice and she made us very comfortable. We also had a great time meeting new friends.

Jasmine was kind and professional but we were disappointed in the lack of interaction and instruction. We were also under the impression that it would be a more intimate setting; we were partnered with strangers and had to take turns trying to complete the meal. The experience was overpriced (printed recipe and supplies provided but no teaching or guidance included). Overall we would recommend a more intimate cooking class and would not recommend this format for the price.
