Master the art of making pasta from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Chef James will guide you through the recipe to make homemade pasta dough using flour, eggs and salt. Then, learn how to knead, shape and cook the dough into fresh pasta. Next, learn how to make two sauces: a classic marinara using tomatoes and garlic and a creamy alfredo flavored with parmesan. Assemble your pasta dishes and enjoy an authentic and elevated Italian feast.
