Learn how to create a gourmet twist on everyone's favorite brunch dish in this interactive cooking class with Chef Porscha as you transform fresh bread and other high-quality ingredients into decadent French toast.
She will teach you how to make French toast made with either brioche or challah bread, and stuffed with vanilla cream cheese, the perfect sweet contrast to tart Granny Smith apples.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Porscha has an impressive résumé citing more than a decade of professional culinary experiences. She is currently pursuing further culinary education and is a lead chef instructor passionate about nurturing adventurous palates and building a strong foundation for a lifelong love of cooking at a lauded children's cooking school. An ardent altruist, Chef Porscha can also be found volunteering her culinary skills and knowledge in a variety of capacities.
