Amazing class! Chef Diego is fun and very professional. Such a nice class to participate in.
Upon completing his studies at the prestigious Gastronomic Institute D'Gallia in Lima, Chef Diego embarked on a culinary adventure. His pursuits led him to launch a dining establishment in Cusco and take charge of a catering team specializing in events in Lima. Eventually, his path led him to the United States, where he honed his skills in a variety of high-end restaurants. Currently residing in New York City, Chef Diego takes great pleasure in educating budding chefs on the art of preparing an array of international and gourmet dishes entirely from the ground up.
