Cooking Class: Passionate Poke

In this vibrant cooking class, you will learn how to assemble a traditional poke bowl using fresh ingredients. You can choose from either salmon, tuna or watermelon as the base of the poke bowl. From there, you will learn how to pair an assortment of toppings to create the poke bowl that best matches your flavor profile.

Cooking classes on Classpop! are designed to be fun, social events. Feel free to purchase wine or beer at the venue to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kevin is awesome! So personable, fun, and willing to share his knowledge and helpful tips as we worked together to prepare salmon and tuna poke bowls. Our small group was then able to enjoy one bowl per person, and even take home enough for more bowls the next day - and the poke bowls were delicious! This was a fun night for sure, and we hope to hang out with and learn from Kevin again in the future. 😊
