Craft authentic Asian-style dumplings in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Janae will guide you through techniques and recipes to make tantalizing dumplings from scratch. Cook ground chicken or shrimp as the base of your dumpling, flavored with garlic and ginger. Fill your dumplings with napa cabbage and cook them until golden brown. Then, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar and lemon juice for a savory and tangy dumpling dipping sauce. Plus, learn kitchen skills you can take back into your own kitchen.
