Elevated brunch specials will be the star of this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Courtney. Learn the techniques and recipes for four decadent dishes. To begin, craft a citrus fruit punch mixed with a sparkling wine. Whip up mini crêpes from scratch topped with a fresh fruit compote. Make a fresh omelette filled with garden vegetables like spinach and roasted tomatoes. Grate potatoes and make a creamy three-cheese blend to make crispy, flavorful hash browns as a brunch side.
