Learn the art of crafting perfectly crispy fried rice balls — also known as arancini — completely from scratch with Chef Bill.
Arancini is a classic Italian street food that begins with flavorful ingredients and rice that are coated with bread crumbs and deep fried. With Chef Bill as your guide, learn how to make two classic arancini recipes: the first with spinach, zucchini, roasted red peppers and mozzarella, and the second with sweet capicola salami, sun-dried tomatoes, pecorino cheese and mozzarella. You'll enjoy your arancini creations alongside two homemade sauces.
