Cooking Class: Egg-Free Pasta & Italian Classics

Craft an Italian feast from scratch in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Afi will teach recipes and techniques to create a flavorful meal. To start, craft a refreshing arugula salad with beet and feta drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Then, learn how to create an egg-free pasta dough with semolina flour and aquafaba to create fettuccini and garganelli. Top your pasta with a rich brown butter sage sauce and on the side, enjoy herb garlic bread on a crispy baguette. For dessert, indulge with a homemade cannoli.

Chef Afi gave us a great first time cooking class experience. My partner and I had a blast making these delicious Butternut Squash Raviolis and enjoyed learning about the whole process and how simple it was to make! She inspired us to make these at home and we would love to take another one of her classes!
