Dazzle your loved ones with a fajita cooking class with Chef David that will leave a lasting impression! You will begin by making fresh tortillas using a simple mixture of flour, water and a pinch of salt, which you'll knead into a pliable dough and then shape into tortillas. For the fajita fillings, you will sauté steak and chicken along with bell peppers, onion, cilantro and a flavorful blend of seasonings until they are cooked to perfection. Lastly, you will prepare fresh pico de gallo by combining finely diced onion, cilantro, tomato and a touch of seasoning.

Not a cooking class. I did not craft a homemade Italian meal. I did not craft fresh pasta. I did not roll or cut pasta to my liking not did I sauté my chicken. This was a demonstration. For the amount of money that was paid, I should have at least been fed instead of having to go get food afterwards. Very disappointed.

False advertising. No pasta making. Waste of time
