Experience the authentic flavors of Italy as Chef David expertly walks you through crafting a homemade Italian meal in this cooking class. In this delectable menu, you will first craft fresh pasta from scratch by mixing flour, egg, salt and a touch of olive oil into a smooth dough. After rolling and cutting the pasta to your liking, you will cook them until tender. Meanwhile, for the Carbonara sauce, you will mix egg yolk, oil, Parmesan Romano cheese, garlic, pancetta, cream and seasoning.

Not a cooking class. I did not craft a homemade Italian meal. I did not craft fresh pasta. I did not roll or cut pasta to my liking not did I sauté my chicken. This was a demonstration. For the amount of money that was paid, I should have at least been fed instead of having to go get food afterwards. Very disappointed.
