Chef Ashley is eager to introduce you to delicious canoas in this interactive cooking class. These canoe-shaped savory pastries are a Puerto Rican favorite that are sure to find a place on your kitchen table. You'll work with sliced plantains, a staple of the region's menu, and prepare an enticing blend of beef and cheese to fill them with. The result is similar to a taco, but with a natural plant-based shell that adds subtle flavor and intriguing texture to the finished dish.

Great class. Fun and interactive experience. We learned some foundational concepts, like the basis of most Latin seasoning (adobo, pepper, garlic, and sazón). Can’t wait to reach out to Ashley for additional cooking/catering services.
