Kick off the session by crafting a soft and warm roti using just flour, salt and oil. Progress to the delicious butter chicken, enhanced with garam masala and tomato purée. Next, master the art of making crunchy vegetable samosas, filled with a curry-spiced mix of potatoes, peas and onions. Conclude your cooking class with a sweet note by preparing the famous baklava adorned with pistachios, walnuts and a honey drizzle.

Chef Huda was very professional, skilled, warm, and enthusiastic. She was patient with all the participants as each worked through their individual abilities. We were all greatly amazed with outcome, presentation, and flavor of our multi-course pasta meal. It was a pleasure to have Chef Huda as our instructor. We would give her 10 stars if that was an option.
