Cooking Class: Introduction to Pasta Making
Join Chef Huda for a pasta cooking class starting from the very basics. In this immersive culinary session, you will craft an authentic three-course Italian menu using only the freshest ingredients. Kick-off with a refreshing Panzanella salad with ripe tomatoes, cucumber and croutons all brought together with a tangy balsamic dressing. Then, create ravioli pockets filled with ricotta and smothered in your choice of tomato or creamy Alfredo sauce. Complement it with golden, toasted garlic bread. End your class with a fresh berry tart with lemon curd.

Chef Huda was very professional, skilled, warm, and enthusiastic. She was patient with all the participants as each worked through their individual abilities. We were all greatly amazed with outcome, presentation, and flavor of our multi-course pasta meal. It was a pleasure to have Chef Huda as our instructor. We would give her 10 stars if that was an option.
