Learn to make authentic crêpes for the holiday season in this cooking class with Chef Legina. In this fun holiday class, you'll learn to make two types of crêpes: French sweet crêpes and Swedish savory crêpes.
For your sweet crêpes, you'll use fresh ingredients like lemon, cream cheese, vanilla and berries to create a flavor-bursting French crêpe from scratch.
Next, you'll make a savory Swedish crêpe filled with spinach, mushrooms, ripe tomatoes and Gruyère cheese. Take your new skills home to make fresh crêpes from home any time.

With a pastry chef degree from the prestigious culinary arts school Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Legina has amassed over a decade of experience as a chef instructor and private chef. She's adept at curating fun cooking classes for date nights, teaching expert bread-making skills, curating menus for corporate parties, cooking classic Creole cuisine and more. Aside from her impressive expertise, Chef Legina is known for her ability to motivate and inspire whoever she works with!
