In this authentic, interactive cooking class with Chef Legina, you'll learn how to make melt-in-you-mouth beignets from scratch, just as they are made in New Orleans.
Start by creating the beignet dough with sugar, yeast, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla and flour. Learn top techniques for making the perfect dough from scratch.
Then you'll whip up a rich, decadent chocolate filling and top your warm beignets with a tangy lemon glaze.

The class was fun and had a lot of information / fun facts about sushi. I also enjoyed the more “personal” style class with it just being our group in the class. The instructors were very nice and experienced. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun event.
