She will start by teaching you how to make sourdough French toast stuffed with sweet, caramelized bananas. Then, move on to a savory dish of smashed potatoes served with herb-infused sour cream. Both dishes are sure to impress anyone you make them for at your next brunch gathering.


Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kathy was great. We had a fabulous time. She was well prepared and very detailed with her instructions. The food was fantastic and we had a great time.
