Create your own fresh and healthy spring rolls from scratch in this cooking class with Chef Kathy. She will show you how to prep, fill and perfectly wrap your rolls, which you will prepare in two different ways.
Start with shrimp spring rolls filled with vegetables and rice noodles. Your second roll will be the same except shrimp will be swapped out for extra vegetables.
Cooking Classes on Classpop! are designed to be social events that do not require any previous experience. Guests are welcome to purchase beer to enjoy during the class.
