Discover how to make fresh tortillas from scratch to serve as the vehicle for authentic Mexican tacos with Chef Sarah!
You'll begin the two-course cooking class learning how to fry up perfectly crispy corn tortilla chips to be served alongside homemade guacamole with bacon and chicharron, and a spicy and fresh pineapple serrano salsa. Then, learn how to turn masa into tortillas that you'll stuff with a variety of toppings to make the perfect taco, including shredded chicken. All dishes can be made gluten free, vegetarian, nut and dairy free upon request.
