Discover the fundamentals of authentic Latin cooking in an informative interactive cooking class with Chef Sean. He's ready to share his methods for making a magical meal from this beloved culinary culture.
You'll create elote, the famous Mexican street corn, before grilling up your choice of protein for a round of tacos wrapped in tortillas made from scratch.
Prepare cilantro rice with the zing of lime and fiery black beans with jalapenos to enjoy on the side. For dessert, whip up a decadent flourless chocolate cake topped with berries and ganache with a dash of cayenne.

Elote (Mexican Street Corn)
Grilled Tacos and Homemade Tortillas
Proteins may include chipotle chicken thighs, shrimp, pork, beef, tofu or vegetable

Chef Sean went above and beyond for our sir and turf cooking class. In addition to the existing menu, we cooked enough to have left overs AND he brought extra food items along as surprises. Our small group actually learned new culinary techniques and skills, and most importantly the “why” behind the methods. We are already discussing when to book Chef Sean again because we were just so thoroughly impressed by his knowledge, talent, involvement, enthusiasm, and excitement to bring solid culinary backgrounds into the home kitchen. 11/10 from us, thank you thank you Chef Sean!!

Chef Sean was fun and didactic. He explained me every detail I should know to prepare a perfect dish!
After completing his culinary arts education, Chef Sean worked his way through the Pittsburgh food scene. Beginning as a shift manager, he eventually became a line cook and then a kitchen manager in Atlanta. Today the the talented Chef Sean is an executive chef and enjoys sharing his culinary talents and passion for food with budding cooks.
