This interactive cooking class from Chef Gabriel is your introduction to the charm of gnocchi, a tender potato-based alternative to traditional pasta. Learn the ways of the Old World as you turn out your own Italian meal with gnocchi as the savory centerpiece!


 You'll prepare a refreshing caprese using sliced peaches and burrata for a sweet twist on a beloved classic Then, discover how humble potatoes become a tender dough for perfect gnocchi and prepare a tomato and red wine sauce to top it with. 


You'll also craft carpaccio featuring zucchini served with a zesty vinaigrette. For dessert, assemble a tiramisu sweet enough to impress Nonna!

Potato Gnocchi Amatriciana

With guanciale, red wine, tomatoes and Parmesan


Zucchini Carpaccio

With tomato vinaigrette, Parmesan, mustard seeds and shaved croutons

With mascarpone, lady fingers, cocoa powder and coffee

Made a delicious looking NY strip with mole and beets, toasted almonds and herb garnish with a nice sauce over it. Chef Gabriel explained each step of the process thoroughly, both on cooking the steak and prepping the sauce and garnish, and gave some excellent guidance about resting the steak!
