If cream sauce is your taste, you're in for an authentically Italian treat! First, you'll work with fresh ingredients to craft a tender dough beloved for generations, then transform it into perfectly prepared pasta.
Next, cook up an authentic Alfredo sauce by blending Parmesan, garlic, cream and butter and top your pasta with rich, classic flavor.

Cher Maricarmen was awesome. I definitively plan on doing another cooking class with her. She was patient, a great teacher and easy to follow. Loved that she bought her own special touch like the rub we were invited to use on our chicken and the delicious garlic bread she made to go with our dishes. It was such a great way to spend my day! All of us in the class enjoyed each other’s company! The group was a lot of fun!

Was outstanding, guided very well step by step. Great tasting dish! Was fun! Not too complicated, and result was a great presented dish!

She was great!!!! The only criticism (which in no way is her fault or a reflection on her or her skills) was that the class size was a bit large and would’ve been better with a smaller group. But she handled the busy back-and-forth like a consummate professional!
