The class began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the rich history of cebiche. The step-by-step instruction provided during the class was easy to follow, even for a novice like myself. The chef's clear communication and expert guidance ensured that everyone in the virtual class was able to recreate the flavors of Peru right in their own kitchens. I appreciated the emphasis on using fresh, high-quality ingredients, as it truly elevated the taste and authenticity of the final dish.
