Cooking Class: Rustic Italian Countryside Cuisine

You'll feel as if you're eating in an Italian trattoria during this engaging cooking class. Led by Chef David, you'll create three classic dishes from Italian cuisine. 


To begin the class, make a fresh Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella drizzled with a balsamic reduction. Craft pasta from scratch and make a savory Bolognese sauce with pork, beef and red wine served alongside crunch garlic bread. 


Finish the meal with an authentic creamy panna cotta topped with a berry compote for dessert.

Homemade Pasta and Bolognese Sauce

With pappardelle or tagliatelle pasta, ground pork and beef, red wine, passata, onions, celery and carrots
