Learn more about these two regions as you put together a dynamic menu of four dishes. Begin by stuffing grape leaves with a Puerto Rican sofrito. 


Next, grill za’atar marinated lamb chops to serve alongside mashed yuca and plantains. Finally, assemble a layered pastry dish using filo and stuff with mango, cinnamon and sugar.
