Chef Iliana will take you on a culinary adventure of Japan through just four dishes that you will master, eat and enjoy. Begin the class by forming steamed dumplings filled with shrimp and served with soy sauce.
You
will then prepare a miso-glaze full of umami flavor to coat over roasted
eggplant. Next, you will learn to assemble three handmade sushi rolls:
California rolls, spicy tuna rolls and avocado rolls. Finally, leave the baking at home and create a no-bake cheesecake with matcha.
