Great Chef, great interactions and amazing food . 2 things- we didn’t use all the ingredients we cut up (tomatoes and onions) AND the main course was sample size

Chef Joseph brings years of talent and dedication to the table. Based in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, he has worked as a deputy chef, an assistant sous chef and a nutrition club supervisor. He is adept at performing restaurant tasks ranging from employee training, menu planning and ingredient purchasing to customer service, budgeting and inventory analysis.
