Start your lesson by arranging a cooling kale salad flavorfully topped with fresh onions and tender cheese. Then, discover the secrets of making a proper Beef Wellington, complete with fabulous flaky puff pastry and savory mushrooms. You'll also prepare Duchess potatoes, a rich side dish flavored with zesty garlic, and finish off the session with a crisp and creamy crème brûlée for dessert.

Chef Kevin was wonderful and did a great job showing us how to make delicious Paella, but also explaining the reasoning for his steps. He was energetic and uplifting and highly recommended his class!
