Cooking Class: Make Custom Pizzas From Scratch
Learn how to take pizza night to the next level in this cooking class. Chef Aaron will teach you how to bake homemade pizza dough and layer it with sauce, cheese and toppings. Use toppings like Italian sausage, artichokes and mushrooms. Prepare a fresh Caprese salad with tomatoes, burrata, basil oil and balsamic reduction. For dessert, use the leftover dough to form knots topped with mascarpone, espresso powder and powdered sugar for a tiramisu-inspired ending.

Chef Aaron was awesome! Very patient, friendly, professional and answered all our questions with a smile and love for his craft. I really appreciated that he cleaned up afterwards and it did not feel awkward or overwhelming having someone in my kitchen, he felt familial instantly! Can't wait to work with him again :)

Chef Aaron made it to my house early to get escorted on base. He was polite and personable. He easily answered questions and was able to demonstrate and instruct in a relaxed professional manner. The food was fantastic and his explanations educated us in other areas of cooking related to the Japanese cuisine he was teaching us how to cook. He also advised on specific types of ingredients and where to find them. 10/10 I highly recommend and look forward to taking more classes from him in the future.

Chef Aaron was awesome! Made the experience super fun, knowledgeable, and it’s honestly a pretty good deal for the amount of sushi we were left with to eat at the end!
