Join Chef Aaron for the lowdown on preparing a colorful and authentic selection of sushi rolls in this cooking class. Begin your adventure with shrimp spring rolls prepared with rice paper and filled with bean sprouts, cucumber, gobo and vermicelli noodles. Next are maki rainbow rolls filled with tuna, kampachi, salmon and cucumber. Nigiri sushi with fresh fish, rice and wasabi is next on the list. Finally, learn how to prepare hand rolls with fish, rice, nori and gobo.

Chef Aaron was awesome! Very patient, friendly, professional and answered all our questions with a smile and love for his craft. I really appreciated that he cleaned up afterwards and it did not feel awkward or overwhelming having someone in my kitchen, he felt familial instantly! Can't wait to work with him again :)

Chef Aaron was awesome! Made the experience super fun, knowledgeable, and it’s honestly a pretty good deal for the amount of sushi we were left with to eat at the end!

Chef Aaron made it to my house early to get escorted on base. He was polite and personable. He easily answered questions and was able to demonstrate and instruct in a relaxed professional manner. The food was fantastic and his explanations educated us in other areas of cooking related to the Japanese cuisine he was teaching us how to cook. He also advised on specific types of ingredients and where to find them. 10/10 I highly recommend and look forward to taking more classes from him in the future.
