This hands-on cooking class from Chef Nelson helps you bring the best of modern and classic Mediterranean dining to your home table. You'll learn to add global flavors to your home cooking regimen and turn your dinner table into an international feast. In this lesson, you'll create creamy hummus with spicy her bsauce and turn rotisserie chicken into succulent, richly seasoned shawarma. Roast fresh cauliflower with dates and tahini for a fabulous side dish. And for dessert, bake a creamy caramel flan topped with berries.
