With a bit of assistance and some insight into the traditions, you'll learn to prepare your own homemade meal with authentic pizza as the centerpiece. Start with an Italian favorite, potato gnocchi with zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, onions and green peas. Then, explore the Florentine pizza-making process by crafting your own wholesome dough and a selection of tempting toppings. For dessert, craft a traditional tiramisu.
